Price of ticket includes: Admission to the game
and a $15.00 Meal Voucher. Parking included.
Tickets will be distributed prior to the game.

Due to the limited number of tickets available for these events, please choose one event you would like to attend.
• Tickets available to employees plus one guest and/or immediate family members only.
• Children 2 and under are free if they will not be occupying a seat.
• Maximum of 4 tickets per employee at the discounted price of $10.00 per ticket.

Total cost will be deducted by payroll from your paycheck. Staff must be in attendance with guest(s).
All employees who routinely work a minimum of 16 hours per week, over the previous 12 weeks are eligible for discounted tickets to
corporate events. If you register for the event and do not attend, you will be charged the full value of the ticket ($41.00 per ticket.)
